| Hope you had a fantastic weekend. On Saturday Chris and I took the boys back into fisherman’s park in Wasaga. I was just hoping for anything. With the boys as long as they catch a fish it doesn't matter if it is just a chub. They get excited. Anyways we had been fishing for about 2 hours, Jack was standing right beside me fishing the edge of a pool where it meets the current. I saw his float go down hard and did not resurface. I yelled set the hook and bam! Wasn't sure what he had on but I had to help. It was pulling line like crazy and almost pulled him right in. He fought it for a good while as we couldn't get it up to the surface. It just kept running. When we finally landed this monster, the back on this thing was unbelieveable. Anyways it was so much fun and he was so excited. The rod and reel were great and he is so excited. Ray thanks so much. He has been doing lots of advertising for you and telling everyone he got a new rod and reel from your store. Thanks again! Steve |
